Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo your way & be a Princess for a day II πŸ‘ΈπŸΌπŸ‘ΈπŸ»πŸ‘ΈπŸ½

Hi everyone πŸ’– Leadiiinglady here again with yet another post!

This is part two of one of my earlier blog posts, “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo your way & be a Princess for a day”! It received great reviews from friends & followers and so I decided to make Part II with four new princesses: Anna, Aurora, Rapunzel & Jasmine!

I was supposed to post this next week but I decided to do it earlier since my skin has been cooperating with me these past few days HUHU Take good care of your skin and you will be rewarded πŸ˜‰ hahaha

Anyway, since I’m posting this today, my blog post, “Leadiiinglady’s Love List: Make-up” will be up on Friday! So stay tuned for that! πŸ˜‰

ANYWAY let’s get to it! Let’s start with the blondies!

RAPUNZEL

Rapunzel, for me, always seemed like the “fun princess”. She’s literally game for anything! Plus she’s always amazed at everything. I really relate to her when it comes to being carefree and open to trying out new experiences! Funny though, she was the first princess I played for Madison Events and that was the last time I ever played her. Hahaha it was so fun though! Her dress is comfy and sweet-looking! The only thing that was difficult for me was wearing the wig… cause you know, all the hair… it was heavy.

Processed with VSCO with hb1 presetFor this make-up look, I wanted to keep it light and young. Rapunzel’s character is very sweet and childish and so I wanted my make-up here to reflect that. For my eyeshadow, I only used light pink and light brown shades. For my eyebrows, I used a light brown eyebrow gel, since my hair is blonde here. Plus I didn’t want to make them too dark to keep the look “young”. Also, I didn’t shape them as much as I usually do cause again, Rapunzel is pretty much like a little girl and doesn’t care much about her looks. For my lips, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the Rapunzel Happy Skin Lippie and so I used Kat Von D’s Retro with Wet and Wild’s Bare it all to make a nude purpleish tone.

Make-up used:
Foundation – Revlon Colorstay (Fair)
Concealer – The Saem Perfect Tip Concealer (Shade 1.5)
Under-eye concealer – The Saem Cover Perfection Liquid Concealer (Shade 1)
Setting Powder – RCMA No-Color Powder
Highlight – Glow Kit (Sun- dipped)
Contour – Tony Moly Panda Contour Stick
Blush – Enchanted Rose Luminous Mesh Blush (Peach)
Lashes – Suesh
Mascara – Tarte Lights Camera Lashes
Eyeliner – Browhaus Heavy Duty Bi-liner
Eyeshadow – Tartelette Amazonian Clay Palette

AURORA

For me, Aurora’s beauty is timeless. She is a classic Disney Princess who exudes such elegance & grace. She’s one of those princesses that actually shows poise, which is why I wanted to keep the make-up look classy and elegant. Aurora is actually one of my favorite Disney Princesses, which is why I was so happy when I heard I was the first one to be her for Madison Events! The dress is absolutely stunning! Pink may not be my favorite color but ugh, the dress is to die for!!! You’ll see more pictures later πŸ˜‰

Processed with VSCO with hb1 presetFor this look, I made the eyes a bit darker compared to Rapunzel’s because I added more browns and bronze shades since Aurora has an older look, but I used the same eyeshadow palette to keep it sweet and fresh. I put a little pinkish bronze on the lid to keep it girly and fun! For Aurora, simplicity is key. She may have an older look, but it’s still pretty simple and natural. And so I didn’t go overboard with the eyebrows either. I shaped them more for this make-up look but still didn’t make them dark. For my lips, I used Happy Skin’s Aurora Lippie! It’s the perfect shade of pink! Not too pink, but not too light either.

Make-up used:
Foundation – Revlon Colorstay (Fair)
Concealer – The Saem Perfect Tip Concealer (Shade 1.5)
Under-eye concealer – The Saem Cover Perfection Liquid Concealer (Shade 1)
Setting Powder – RCMA No-Color Powder
Highlight – Glow Kit (Sun- dipped)
Contour – Tony Moly Panda Contour Stick
Blush – Enchanted Rose Luminous Mesh Blush (Peach)
Lashes – Suesh
Mascara – Tarte Lights Camera Lashes
Eyeliner – Browhaus Heavy Duty Bi-liner

ANNA

Out of two sisters of Arendelle, I’m usually Elsa and so you can imagine how ecstatic I was when I got to play Anna for the first time! Anna is such a fun character to play because she’s so annoying and bubbly. When I was Anna for the first time, I was giddy the whole time and I just kept saying hi to everyone and waving my arms all around and just having fun. She’s one of those princesses that aren’t ladylike but are still very pleasant to be around.

Processed with VSCO with hb1 presetFor my Anna look, I decided to stick to warm tonesoranges and browns because she has such a warm personality compared to that of her sister (Sorry, Elsa hahaha) I used the Nubian 2 palette! It has this beautiful warm shade of orange that I used for the base color. I then used a darker shade of brown for the crease. But I still wanted to keep the make-up light, thus the eyes are still very subtle. I also added freckles!!! That was the fun part. I like doing freckles cause I think they’re beautiful. They are beauty marks after all! I used the Style My Brow Eyebrow pencil from The Face Shop! I use eyebrow pencils because I think this is better than using eyeshadow or eyeliner. Because when I use eyeshadow, it usually smudges really quick and the eyeliner pen, on the other hand, seems to strong. For my lips, I used the Happy Skin Anna Lippie (one of my favorite shades of red)! Check out the pictures below! (This is my hipster Anna, my hair is too short to braid and it isn’t ginger – thus I had to improvise hahahaha)

Make-up used:
Foundation – Revlon Colorstay (Fair)
Concealer – The Saem Perfect Tip Concealer (Shade 1.5)
Under-eye concealer – The Saem Cover Perfection Liquid Concealer (Shade 1)
Setting Powder – RCMA No-Color Powder
Highlight – Glow Kit (Sun- dipped)
Contour – Tony Moly Panda Contour Stick
Blush – Enchanted Rose Luminous Mesh Blush (Peach)
Lashes – Suesh
Mascara – Tarte Lights Camera Lashes
Eyeliner – Browhaus Heavy Duty Bi-liner
Eyeshadow – Juvia (Nubian 2 Palette) / Naked Basics 2
Eyebrows – Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade (Chocolate)
Lips –Β Happy Skin x Disney (Anna)

JASMINE

jasmine-disney-8136858-520-680

To be honest, I was the last person anyone expected to play Jasmine because I’m “too white” and there are so many others who could play her. But one day, no one else was available and so I had to step in. I have to say, this was one of the most challenging princess make-up looks, cause it’s bronzer bronzer bronzer EVERYWHERE! When I played Jasmine, I put this tanning lotion that gave me a darker color all over my body. That was pretty crazy! And then for my face, it was as if I used bronzer as my setting powder cause I really needed to get to that darker shade of brown.

Processed with VSCO with hb1 presetFor my make-up, I went dark, no holding back. Of course, I didn’t go super dark though cause I’m still a princess and Jasmine is still sweet. But for my eyeshadow palettes, I decided to go with the Nubian 2 Palette for some color and the NAKED 1 Palette for the dark shades like black, brown and even gold. That palette is perfect for dark make-up and smokey eye by the way so do check it out! For my eyes, I did a simple smokey eye look. I didn’t want the dark brown to overpower the whole thing though and so I made the gold part stronger, so that it was the more prominent color. That way the overall look still looked “princess-sy”. And then I basically bronzed my whole face to achieve that tan shade. Be careful though cause there’s a chance you may turn orange instead of tan! Didn’t have any “Jasmine” outfit and so I had to make do with this scarf hahahaha

Make-up used:
Foundation – Revlon Colorstay (Fair)
Concealer – The Saem Perfect Tip Concealer (Shade 1.5)
Under-eye concealer – The Saem Cover Perfection Liquid Concealer (Shade 1)
Setting Powder – RCMA No-Color Powder
Highlight – Glow Kit (Sun- dipped)
Contour – Tony Moly Panda Contour Stick
Blush – Enchanted Rose Luminous Mesh Blush (Peach)
Lashes – Suesh
Mascara – Tarte Lights Camera Lashes
Eyeliner – Browhaus Heavy Duty Bi-liner
Bronzer – NYC bronzer
Eyeshadow – Juvia (Nubian 2 palette) / Naked 1 Palette
Eyebrows – Etude House Color My Brows (Light Brown)
Lips –Β Mac (Russian Red)
